    What information do you collect and how do you obtain it?
    We collect information from you when you register on our site and when you make a purchase from us (Personal Information).

  • Shipping Policy

    Your order will be treated/sent within 12 working days after receipt from Monday – Friday.
    All orders made on Friday will be treated/sent before Monday afternoon.
    All items are shipped in the mentioned timing as long as they are in stock. GoGreen S.à R.L. is responsible for the risk of transportation. If the package or the contents are damaged upon delivery, then you should file a complaint at delivery. If you find damages once the package is opened, please contact us immediately.

    Delivery within GERMANY and BENELUX are free of charge.
    All parcels will be shipped by DC Postal Services – Ehlerange (LUX)

  • Return Policy

    At eCool we want you to be happy with your purchase. If a return is necessary we can accept returns up 14 days from the date of purchase (14 days to notify seller about return and additional 14 days to return goods after notification).
    If you have ordered the wrong item(s) or simply had a change of heart, all the item(s) must be returned in the original and saleable condition for re-sale, with any associated products and packaging intact. We recommend you to use a recorded postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. GoGreen S.à R.L. is not liable for items lost in transit.
    Please note that customer will need to pay the cost of returning the item.
    Provided that you return your item(s) within these Terms & Conditions we will refund you payment or replace. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).
    Refunds are transferred in to the same form of payment initially used to purchase.

    In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us or track your parcel online
